"I found the parts I needed pretty..."
I found the parts I needed fast, and that’s what I was paying attention to. Checkout was smooth, no annoying extra steps or hoops to jump through, so I was happy with it.

"Helpful, but the wait was a little long"
To be fair, it did help me and I’m glad I tried it. I just wish the whole process had been a bit faster. Overall, it worked, but the wait time kept it from being a perfect experience.

"Fit Exactly Like Expected"
I ordered a couple parts for my WRX and everything fit exactly the way the site said it would. No weird gaps, no forcing things into place, and the install went a lot smoother than I expected. Shipping was solid too. it’s nice buying from a place that clearly knows what they’re doing because it made the whole process way less stressful. Really happy with the order.

"Smooth local pickup, really easy"
I ordered a few parts from Subimods and went with local pickup since I’m close enough that shipping felt kind of silly. I had been meaning to swing by that side of town anyway, and I got the ready-for-pickup email quickly, which was nice because I was half expecting to wait until the next day.

I stopped in after work, still in that end-of-day traffic mindset, and the guy at the counter pulled up my order right away. Everything was packed correctly, no missing pieces, no awkward back-and-forth, and I was in and out fast. Super easy overall, and I’d definitely do pickup again.

"Finally, something showed up without getting ruined"
I was half expecting the parts to arrive bent or scratched like everything else seems to these days, but they were packed really well. The box had plenty of padding and everything showed up safe. For once, I didn’t have to deal with a damaged order, so I’m happy with it...

"Tracking could be clearer"
The order itself went through just fine, so no issue there. The only thing was the tracking... it wasn’t always very clear. I kept checking back, but sometimes it didn’t really say where the package was or when it was going to move next. It did show up in the end and everything was okay, just would’ve been nice to have a bit more visibility after ordering. Not a bad experience, just... could be a little smoother.

"Legit parts, solid experience"
Ordered a few Subaru parts and everything looked legit, definitely not any weird knockoff stuff. Brands matched what was shown on the site, which was nice. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but wasn’t a huge deal. Would probably order from them again

"Warranty info wasn’t really clear"
I order a part from subimods.com and the actual buying part was smooth, no real issue there. But once I started looking at the warranty stuff, I was kinda confused.

I had to click around and dig for details, and even after that I still wasn’t totally sure what was covered, who was supposed to handle it, or how long it would takes. Some of the info just feel a little too vague.
Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but I really think the warranty coverage should be easier to understand before you check out. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Install help didn’t really help"
I ordered some parts from Subimods and expected at least a clear install guide or some basic direction. The instructions were super vague, so I ended up searching forums just to figure out what should’ve been covered. I also reached out to support with a simple question, but it felt like they didn’t really answer what I was asking. The parts were fine, but having such a basic request ignored made the whole install way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered a part and found out it was on backorder, but Subimods was clear about it from the start and kept me in the loop. I didn’t have to keep checking in or wonder where things stood, which made the wait a lot easier. It did take a little longer, but that was expected, and everything was handled the way you’d hope.

"Okay experience, but the stock info is frustrating"
The site itself is easy to get around, but I ran into a couple parts I wanted that were listed as out of stock. What annoyed me more was that it wasn’t really clear when they’d be available again or if the inventory info was even up to date. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but they could definitely do a better job communicating stock status.

"Good selection, but prices can be ridiculous"
I’ve ordered a couple things from Subimods, and the pricing is kind of all over the place. Some stuff seems fair, but once shipping gets added, a few items end up feeling ridiculous. It’s not a bad place to shop if they have exactly what you need, but I definitely don’t just buy right away anymore. I usually compare prices elsewhere first.

"I haven’t actually ordered from subimods..."
I haven’t actually ordered from subimods yet, so I can’t really say from personal experience, but I see their name pop up constantly in Subaru forums and groups I’m in. People usually seem happy with the selection and the help they get, which is reassuring. At the same time, I always take forum hype with a grain of salt because everyone has a different experience. Still, I don’t come across many horror stories about them, so they seem like a solid option for Subaru parts

"Got what I needed in the end"
I was poking around subimods.com for a few parts and ended up spending a little more time browsing than I planned. They do have a decent selection, and the filters helped narrow things down for the most part. I had to click around a bit, though, because some pages felt a little slow and the layout wasn’t always as straightforward as I expected. Checkout was fine once I got to it, so no major issue there. Overall, the site works and I found what I needed, but the browsing experience could definitely be smoother and a bit better organized.
